The challenge.

Social protection programmes struggle to know who needs support, deliver it reliably and see what changed. Records sit in disconnected spreadsheets and systems, and reporting is slow.

Social Protection Intelligence (SPI) is a specialised Hyrax solution for governments and development organisations that run social protection and related programmes.

It brings together three things programmes need: reliable data on the people they serve, systems to deliver and manage support, and intelligence to see what is working.

What SPI provides.

Data

  • Beneficiary registration and household profiling
  • Social, farmer and disability registries
  • Data cleaning, deduplication and verification

Delivery

  • Programme enrolment and eligibility management
  • Case, benefit and grievance management
  • Disaster response inventory management (DRIMS)

Intelligence

  • Programme monitoring and dashboards
  • Coverage and vulnerability analysis
  • AI-assisted reporting and decision support
